THE TRAGER® APPROACH
A Six-day Level I Professional Training
Princeton Jct., New Jersey
October 22-25 and October 27-28, 2009

A movement-based approach to relaxation and mind/body integration developed by Milton Trager M.D. The approach uses hands-on work and self directed movement explorations, helping the body to rediscover ease, comfort, and freedom from restriction, fluidity of function, and increasing the potential for health and well-being.

Trager has applications in alternative healthcare, wellness, rehabilitation, counseling, and everyday life. Specific applications of this approach can address acute and chronic muscle spasm and holding; neck and back pain; movement restrictions; postural dysfunction; athletic and music performance; injury recovery; neuromuscular diseases; stress management; and personal growth..

This six-day training provides 48 CEU’s through NCBTMB
